2) Refund eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order date. We review each request fairly.

  • Package not delivered (confirmed issue with delivery)
  • Wrong item received
  • Item arrived damaged (proof required)
  • Order cancelled before processing/shipping (if applicable)
30-day limit: Requests made after 30 days from the order date may not be eligible.

3) How to request a refund

To speed things up, message support with your order details. We typically reply within 1–6 hours.

  • Provide your order date and email used at checkout
  • Include what happened (not delivered / wrong item / damage)
  • If damaged/wrong item: attach photos of packaging + product
  • We’ll confirm the next step (refund, reshipment, or resolution)
When approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider.

4) Non-refundable cases

Some situations may not qualify for a refund, especially when we can confirm the order was delivered correctly.

  • Requests submitted after 30 days from the order date
  • Delivery marked as delivered by the carrier to the provided address
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Issues caused by unavailable recipient / missed delivery attempts
